​​​​For our new office in Munich we are looking for an IT recruiter who will take care of the active sourcing for the right IT Specialists.

What is waiting for you at Cleverlance?

  • you will be looking for the right people within IT roles such as developer, tester, analyst, architect and/or consultant
  • you will cover the entire recruitment process from identifying suitable candidates up to their first day on their new job at Cleverlance
  • you will cooperate directly with our managers
  • you will engage in HR marketing to be able to find new colleagues online/offline - job portals, social networks etc.
  • you will search for and approach candidates through multiple channels, conduct interviews and take care of their onboarding
  • you will be responsible for the contract management ​and also be the contact person for employees in legal questions​​​​​

What do we expect from you?

  • secondary or university degree
  • proven work experience as an IT recruiter
  • knowledge of German labour law
  • very good command of both German and English is necessary for this position
  • ​driving license /class B/
