Simple assigning of tasks with our Requester system is the right thing to do! An Internet application for task assigning and for reporting malfunctions in the existing systems enables two-way communication, both in-house and intercompany.

Task processing is taken care of by the Project Manager

You don’t have to care who handles the task assigned by you. The other party has it all covered. You can rest and wait for the notification informing you about the resolution of your request. The thing is that the tasks on the other side are delegated by the Project Manager.

Tasks have different statuses and phases

Over the course of its journey through the bowels of Requester, the task passes through several statuses – starting with "New", all the way to "Completed". The status of the task can be changed to the following status by users with appropriate rights, i.e. either the reporter, the assignee, the Project Manager, the guarantor or owner, and the tester.

Task commenting is guaranteed

Users with appropriate permissions can add their comments to each task status, either as a text or as an attachment of any type.
